Tire Recycling Production Line

1. Efficient Shredding equipment.

Shredding tires and other polymer raw materials into rubber powder and steel wire. The steel wires and tire rubber powder sutomatically separated. The tire shredding process is simple and easy.

2. Unique Pyrolysis equipment.

The main part of the production line is the tire fragment disaggregation and recycling equipment. Rubber powder is placed into the machine for the disaggregation process, where the rubber is heated to 480ºC in a closed reactor, and then cooled to obtain the product (carbon black and disaggregation liquid).

3. Purification and deep processing equipment.

The obtained disaggregation liquid undergoes further purification and filtration to enhance its quality, achieving a transparent international standard diesel.
